It can be demoralising, seeing endless “perfect” model bodies on Instagram, particularly at the moment, when you don’t necessarily feel like following your “2020 summer body” abs challenge. So, imagine our joy when we saw Jacqueline Jossa fully embracing her beautiful body in a series of gorgeous swimwear snaps.
And an insider close to the former EastEnders actress tells us she’s learning not to compare herself to others.
Promoting her new swimwear range with In The Style, Jac shared a post online telling her followers, “Shout out to all us women working on loving their bodies because that s--t is hard and I’m proud of us. Just wanted to share another posed v relaxed pic from my [In The Style] shoot! Of course, I prefer the shot on the left, but who sits like that around the pool, breathing in, arm aching, bum digging into the side. I really wanted to shoot my swimwear my way and show a bit of realness in how this looks on me.”
Our source tells us, “Jac has said she’s concentrating on exercise and eating healthily, but not depriving herself of anything. She loves looking more natural and relatable and doesn’t think it’s healthy for her to constantly compare her body to other women.”
We’re told the 27-year-old – who revealed she lost a stone during her time on I’m A Celeb – sometimes finds it difficult as her husband Dan is a personal trainer.
“Dan obviously has female clients, and Jac has admitted she would drive herself mad always looking at other girls’ bodies and thinking she should try and aspire to be a different shape – but she’s feeling really empowered and has said that Dan is just going to have to love her as she is, which of course he already does. She’s feeling happier and more confident than ever. She got tired of feeling insecure.”

What do the winners of I'm a Celeb earn now?
Vicky Pattison - £14,398.00 per post
Geordie Shore star and 2016 winner Vicky Pattison is crowned winner of the I'm A Celeb winners earnings list this year. She has a whopping 4.6 million followers and could earn nearly £15,000 per Instagram post, phwoar.
Stacey Solomon - £11,268.00 per post
Next up is 2011 winner Stacey Solomon. Due to her 3.6 million followers, she could be earning around £11,000 per paid-for post.
Jacqueline Jossa - £9,077.00 per post
Third in the list is the most recent queen of the jungle, Jac Jossa. Alongside her In The Style lines, she could be earning nearly ten grand per post. That's worth the bush tucker, right?
Scarlett Moffatt - £6,260.00 per post
2017 winner and Gogglebox darling Scarlett Moffatt comes in at number four, with a very respectable £6,000 per post. Not bad.
Georgia Toffolo - £5,634.00 per post
Finishing up the top five Instagram earners is Made In Chelsea star Georgia Toffolo, known as Toff. She could be earning up to nearly six grand per post, which we're sure more than pays for her plaid cape collection.
Joe Swash - £5,008.00 per post
Joe Swash comes in sixth, a whopping four places below his partner Stacey Solomon. He also probably earns pretty much half of what she does per Instagram post.
Harry Redknapp - £4,069.00 per post
2019 winner and social media favourite Harry Redknapp comes in at a very respectable seventh on the list. He has 1.3 million devoted followers and could earn up to £4,000 per paid post.
Gino D'Acampo - £3,443.00 per post
A decade on from his jungle win, Gino D'Acampo could still be earning a whopping £3,000 per post on his IG feed.
Dougie Poynter - £2,178.48 per post
Boyband member Dougie Poynter is the first entry on the list with less than a million followers, which means his earning potential per post is a measly (JOKING) £2,000.
Kerry Katona - £1,940.60 per post
Next up is reality TV darling Kerry Katona. It's been over 15 years since she was crowned queen of the jungle, but she could still be earning a reasonable £2,000 from Instagram per post.
Matt Willis - £1,195.66 per post
Matt Willis is the first celeb on the list with less than 500,000 followers on the 'gram, and it's reflected in his payment per post. His earnings are approximately £1,000 per post.
Kian Egan - £841.97 per post
Westlife singer Kian won the show back in 2014, but hasn't amassed the followers of some of the winners since. With his 300,000 IG followers, he could be earning just shy of £900 per post.
Carl Fogarty - £230.06 per post
As the celebs' follower count dips below 100,000, so do their potential IG earnings. This 2015 king of the jungle could only be earning 200 quid from a post.
Charlie Brooks - £122.38 per post
Soap star and 2013 queen of the jungle Charlie Brooks earns a mere £122 per post on the 'gram.
Phil Tufnell - £27.73 per post
At the bottom of the list comes the old school winners, starting with 2003's king of the jungle Phil Tufnell. With his 8,000 IG followers, he could be earning only £30 from his posts.
Tony Blackburn - £11.89 per post
Bringing up the rear is the first ever winner Tony Blackburn. This poor jungle king only earns a tenner from his posts on the 'gram.

Love Island's Callum Jones unveils body transformation and WOAH
Jacqueline and Dan – who have two daughters together – have been through their ups and downs, with Dan recently admitting to cheating on his wife. And while our source shares that Jac’s confidence was knocked in the past, we’re now told she doesn’t want to waste energy thinking like that anymore.
“She’s getting into the mindset that she’s good enough for someone like Dan, and if anything, he is lucky to have her. Her friends and family are supporting her. They think it’s great that she’s not getting hung up on appearance. They’ve reminded her she’s gorgeous and doesn’t need to change anything about herself.”
