When you can’t tell which one’s the 17 year old and which one’s 46, you’re gonna raise some eyebrows. Eternally beautiful Kate Moss sparked speculation last week when she was spotted on a bike ride with her daughter Lila Grace Moss, looking more fresh-faced than she has in years. In fact, many fans have suggested she might have had a little help from a few skilled doctors to achieve that youthful complexion…
“She has definitely had something done to her face,” wrote one commenter, after seeing several different shots of the supermodel around London. Another said, “With the Botox and face fillers, it doesn’t look like her,” while one more suggested she’d had “lots and lots of facial fillers.”
heat asked Harley Street cosmetic surgeon Dr Graziela Crisovan, who says, “Kate’s face does look slightly fuller, which may be a result of a liquid face lift with fillers. The fine lines around her eyes are reduced, which may be a result of anti-wrinkle injections, and her skin has a lovely glowing complexion, which could be achieved with injectable moisturisers like Profhilo.”
But a huge factor could also be Kate’s major change of lifestyle in recent years. The model has cleaned up her act, revamping her image from that of Mad Party Girl to Probably Tries Everything Goop Suggests Girl. Turning her back on those all-night benders she was famed for, Kate’s now a yoga devotee who doesn’t drinkor touch drugs.

The star recently admitted, “I drink lots of water, not too much coffee, and I’m trying to cut down on cigarettes.” In another interview, she added, “I hit the sack at 11pm-ish and watch Netflix before I go to sleep. I deal with stress by doing yoga. It helps me concentrate on the here and now.” Her friend, producer Fat Tony, also recently confirmed she’s teetotal, saying, “Kate’s been clean for over two years.”
Dr Crisovan continues, “It is possible that Kate may be taking more care than before when it comes to reversing the signs of ageing. The impact of her lifestyle change has had a significant and visible impact on her appearance, and she now looks fresh-faced and more youthful.” And getting sober could’ve had the biggest impact, says the doctor.
She continues, “Alcohol is a powerful chemical that is believed to be the second biggest cause of skin ageing after sun damage. It causes dehydration, which makes skin look dull, and the lack of plumpness causes fine lines and wrinkles to appear more visible. The high level of sugar in alcohol can literally crystallise skin cells, leading to less plump, supple skin and a dull complexion.”
