Katie Price has been having arguably one of the worst years of her life. Not only has her mum Amy been diagnosed as having a terminal lung disease, but her third marriage to Kieran Hayler broke down AND she's facing bankruptcy.
To top it all off, she's now been charged with drink driving after crashing her pink Range Rover in London in October, and will face Bromley Magistrates' Court in the second week of January.
The Metropolitan Police have confirmed that 40-year-old Katie was arrested in the early hours of October 10th, having turned up uninvited to on-off boyfriend Kris Boyson's 30th birthday party.
She reportedly crashed her car after a five-day bender, and has been charged by postal requisition which means that she will have to go to court on Monday 7th January.

Katie was allegedly supposed to be abstaining from alcohol at the time of the incident as she'd checked herself in to The Priory for treatment, but it's been reported that she'd been drinking for five days just before she was arrested.
A source told The Sun that she had been drinking with her then-boyfriend Alex Adderson after worrying that the 25-year-old would think she was a "boring granny" if she didn't partake, just before she set off to see Kris.
They added, "Katie was knocking back Strawberry Daiquiris in Alex’s house on Saturday night. She drove there so she wouldn’t be tempted to drink but it didn’t take much for her to fall off the wagon.
"They went out for a while, but Alex had to stop drinking after two champagnes because Katie was draining cocktails. She kept saying, 'They are basically fruit salads' and 'One of my five a day'."
A Metropolitan Police spokesperson told MailOnline, "At approximately 02:00hrs on Wednesday, October 10, British Transport Police officers came across a car showing signs of damage stationary at the roadside in Shooters Hill Road, Woolwich. She has been released under investigation.
"A 40-year-old woman who was inside the car was arrested on suspicion of drink driving. She was taken to a south London police station where she remains. Officers from the Metropolitan Police investigate. Enquiries continue. A breath test was administered - we do not discuss results."
