Just when we thought Kanye West and Kim Kardashian’s feud with Taylor Swift had died down, things erupted once again this weekend when the full video of Kanye’s infamous phone call with Taylor about his song Famous was leaked.
Kanye released the controversial song, which features the lyrics “I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex. Why? I made that b--ch famous”, back in 2016 and later claimed that the singer had given him permission to use the line.
Wife Kim later released a video backing him up, in which Taylor could be heard saying, “I mean, go with whatever line you think is better. It's obviously very tongue in cheek either way. And I really appreciate you telling me about it, that's really nice."
However, a new video has come to light which appears to confirm Taylor’s claims she never gave Kanye permission to call her a “b--ch”.
In the clip, the pair are heard laughing after Kanye’s raps the line, “To all my Southside n-s that know me best. I feel like Taylor Swift might owe me sex.”
Taylor then replies, “That’s not mean.”
The video doesn’t show Kanye telling Taylor about the “b--ch” lyrics, which led her fuming fans to start the #KanyeWestIsOverParty trend on Twitter.

Neither Kanye and Kim nor Taylor have spoken out about the new video but Kim appeared to make a subtle dig at her rival when she liked a tweet from a fan which said, “The video showed nothing new. We all knew that. I’m so confused right now.”
Taylor has also been active on social media, liking a number of Tumblr posts that defended her. One read, “And that is how you let karma take care of itself,” while another said, “Everyone owes Taylor Swift an apology.”

Kanye released the song Famous on his 2016 album The Life of Pablo and set tongues wagging with the controversial lyrics and wild video, which showed lookalikes of naked celebrities including Taylor Swift, Donald Trump and Rihanna.
Taylor responded to the track by releasing an emotional statement on Twitter.
She wrote, "Of course I wanted to like the song. While I wanted to be supportive of Kanye on the phone call, you cannot 'approve' a song you haven't heard.
"Being falsely painted as a liar when I was never given the full story or played any part of the song is character assassination. I would very much like to be excluded from this narrative, one that I have never asked to be a part of, since 2009."
