Fans have expressed concerned following Kim Kardashian-West's latest Instagram snap, with some even questioning if she's has her 'ribs removed'.
The reality star shared a video of her incredibly tiny waist in a corset and explained the clip is from last year.
"Just found this in my phone from my special trip to London last year to meet w Mr. Pearl," she wrote on Instagram.
"I wore a corset like this for the Met Ball for my @manfredthierrymugler Camp look but the corset was misplaced that night 🤦🏻♀️ and I want it so badly preserved for my archive that I flew to London to have another made for the archive."
She went on to tease, "We also might have started making a few more looks including my special 40th bday look.
"Can’t wait to show you the LOOKSSSS we’ve been cooking up ✨".
Despite thousands of her followers rushing to compliment the star, lots were left concerned with one person writing, "Surely she had to have a rib removed or somethinggggggg wthhhhh".
Someone else said, "Took out the ribs AND some organs."
Another commented, "Unnatural af. Where are your ribs and guts??"
A fourth wrote, "Ummmm how is she breathing".
One more added, "I appreciate the fashion.. but this body proportion is wrong on so many levels 😔 it's just sad what u portray to women out there".

After Kourt told him "you're shoved so far up Kim's ass" and "You're such a f—king loser", he clapped back and said, "Scott's never going to marry you!" Kourt didn't take his jibe lightly and ended up slapping him around the face.

The Kardashians Christmas party is one we would LOVE to go to but in 2018 things got a little awkward when Kendall wanted her dad Caitlyn to attend but Kris wasn't keen. Kimmy K is pretty familiar with waist trainers but last year she took things to another level for her Met Gala 2019 look and confessed she had corset breathing lessons (we didn't even know that was a thing).
On Instagram she explained, "I learned so much about couture from this genius man [fashion designer Thierry Mugler] it was beyond couture, it was art.
