She’s got a real knack of looking like a confident, sexy, independent woman on Instagram posts. But an insider close to Louise Redknapp tells heat that, behind closed doors, she is struggling. And it’s partly to do with her ex-husband moving on.
“Louise has found the past year really hard, and has confessed to friends that she’s been going through hell since she found out Jamie has a new girlfriend. That, combined with the new lockdown and struggling to move on herself, has made things really difficult for her," we're told.
Last week, it clearly all got too much for the singer, as she posted a message to her followers, admitting, “I’m definitely struggling at the moment, so just wanted to say let’s all try and stick together, stay strong, stay positive and please remember you’re not alone – there is always someone to talk to.”

Our source tells us, “Louise is trying to be strong for the kids, but it’s been getting too much for her lately, which is why she finally said something on Instagram. Her friends are worried, because she usually keeps it all bottled up.”
Louise, 46, spent Christmas with ex-husband Jamie and their two sons, Charley, 16, and Beau, 12. But we’re told the fact that he seems to be happy in a new relationship with 37-year-old model Frida Andersson-Lourie is not sitting well with Louise. The Redknapps’ marriage ended in 2017, but Louise has been very vocal about her pain, saying last October, “I don’t know if someone ever gets over getting divorced after 20 years.”
