He's known as the hunk of Love Island 2019, with the charm, the banter and the iconic Scottish accent.
But Anton Danyluk has been accused of photoshopping his Instagram uploads, after he uploaded a picture of his ripped torso and bulging biceps.
Giving his Instagram followers some advice on how to burn body fat, the 24-year-old wrote alongside the (frankly, very hot) pic, "I get a lot of messages asking how to burn “belly fat”? You can’t choose an area of your body to lose fat from your body simply decides that, doing sit ups will not burn fat from your stomach just like doing biceps curls won’t burn fat from your arms.
"Stick to my 5 tips and you will start to drop fat. Often belly fat is the most stubborn and last area to go but if you stay consistent it will. It’s not easy but it’s definitely worth it."
