Paige Turley and Finn Tapp's relationship timeline
Before Love Island
Before Love Island, Paige had dated pop singer Lewis Capaldi when she was 17/18. She claimed that the relationship ended amicably, though it is rumoured that the blonde bombshell is the subject of the singer's hit, Hold Me While You Wait.
Before Love Island
Before Love Island, Finn had been in a two year relationship with ex Charlotte Kirkup. The pair travelled to Ibiza together and an insider revealed that the break up was "very recent" around the time Finley was travelling to South Africa.
Love Island day one
As one of the original Love Islanders, Paige entered the villa on day one and, in the first coupling, chose millionaire heartthrob Ollie Williams......But it wasn't meant to be and, after Ollie's head was turned by fellow Islander Siannise Fudge, the couple ended up in a heated row.
Love Island day three
On day three, Ollie left the villa after revealing that he still "[loves] someone else," leaving Paige single and ready to mingle.
Love Island day 5
On day five, Finley entered the villa alongside fellow hottie Connagh Howard.
Love Island day 5
After being asked to choose two girls to go on a date with, Finn picked Paige and Siannise. Since the series finished filming, Finn has revealed that he was trying to "graft Paige" from the first date.
Love Island day 6
On day six, the first recoupling was held and after their successful date, Finn chose Paige.
Love Island day 7
On day seven, the first couple's challenge - Knowing Me, Knowing You - was held and with their identical answers, Paige and Finn were crowned the winners.
Love Island day 7
Later that night, the couple shared their first smooch ❤ufe0f.
Love Island day 18
By day 18, the couple were voted to spend a night in the hideaway. Viewers didn't see any, err, funny business, but the couple confirmed after leaving the villa that, in fact, they did at one point sleep together.
Love Island day 21
As the competition went on, Paige and Finn's relationship stayed strong and, of course, Finley picked her in the Snog, Marry, Pie challenge.
Love Island day 23
When the guys and gals were separated on day 23, Finn was sent to Casa Amor while Paige remained at the original villa. With a whole host of new singles, their relationship was tested...
Love Island day 25
After returning to the villa for the post-Casa Amor recoupling, Finn stayed true to Paige, and the pair remained a couple.
Love Island day 28
After surviving the Casa Amor test, Finn then asked Paige to be his girlfriend, and she said YES ❤ufe0f.
Love Island day 29
After their relationship became official, fans became convinced that the boys' food code meant that Paige and Finn had 'done bits. Speaking to heat, the couple since revealed that the Love Island cast are actually allowed takeaways in the villa. Sorry, what? As if they don't already have it MADE (literally...by ITV ud83dude02). Finn said, "When there was maybe a night where there wasn't too much going on, we'd grab one.""It was always a Saturday night," Paige cut in, "because of the way that filming fell."
Love Island day 41

Love Island: there's a new bombshell arriving and you'll definitely recognise her
We've always had a little inkling that producers had a helping hand in the show's storylines and, from the sounds of it, we weren't far off.
Asking if they'd ever hide in the bushes (ya never know), Paige told us, "Not in the bushes, as such, but there's definitely producers always around."
Finn continued, "They never ever tell you what to say, they'll sort of just encourage you.
"At the end of the day, there's got to be storylines, and I think if it was a case of 15 people just let loose in a villa, nothing would get done."
"They'll encourage you, if you're feeling a certain type of way, to explore that," added Paige.
And that's the tea, folks.
Basically ever since they left the Love Island villa as winners, fans have been left wondering when Finn is going to pop the question and propose to Paige and we did get a proposal (sort of) when they couple appeared on heat's Under the Duvet with VOXI in February 2020.
When asked who’s most likely to propose, Finn responded by popping the question there and then. Okay, he might have only been joking around but the former footballer did open up about plans to make Paige Mrs Tapp one day as said they're "Love Island's forever couple". Aww.
Finn kept his cards close to his chest when asked how he would propose for real but teased, “I've got something up my sleeve for that.”
When they appeared on Under the Duvet with VOXI again over a year later in July 2021, Paige told us, “I feel like we’ve been engaged a few times." Host Chris Taylor then chimed in, “If you do it five times it becomes real,” to which Finn replied, “We’re down to four or five, so the next one is the real one.”
He added, "What we’ve said is that now we’re out of lockdown, we can live life a bit. So, we’re going to live life a bit and see what happens."
So what would Paige and Finn's ideal wedding be like? Well, speaking with fans on an IG live Q&A last April, Paige said, “I keep saying we’re getting married in the Maldives. I’m having two wedding dresses. [Finn’s] like, ‘Do I need to be in a kilt?’ [and] I’m like, ‘Yeah that’s a Scottish wedding’.”
