After Love Island's Lucie Donlan and Joe Garratt's long-distance relationship broke down, Lucie has posted about "trusting your instincts" after newly single Joe was filmed getting intimate with Love Island's winner, Amber Gill.

Joe seems to be enjoying his return to the dating scene, as he was seen flirting and cosying up to Amber in a club, where she was wrapping her legs around him.

He was seen putting his hands on her legs while she was sat on a stool, but he apparently quickly turned away when people started to film and take photos.

Since their split, Lucie has been getting over their break-up in Bali and has also posted some telling quotes to her Instagram stories, seemingly relating to her ex's behaviour.

"Always trust your instincts 🙌🏻" she wrote, while Joe updated his followers by posting a video of himself listening to love songs with a crying emoji, which he then deleted.

While on her trip to Bali, Lucie told fans she'd been doing yoga, and spending time on the beach as she said she is, "where I'm meant to be".

She's definitely been giving herself some well deserved downtime following the break up, also writing alongside a pic in her bikini, "Be twice as powerful as you think you are...✌🏻".
