The lady in question posted, "Lucy I really love you but your promotion of being unprepared for pregnancy I think is very dangerous.

"You have a lot of money and support around you. Some people only have themselves and classes and books can aide them massively.

"I would love you to reconsider how you discuss your lack of desire for a plan."

Lucy was less than impressed, sharing and captioning the video with an eye-roll emoji.

She added her own comment, which read, "Here we go! So I have to lie about not having a birth plan because this lady says so.

"I have never told anyone what to do, just openly and honestly discussed my pregnancy. I've had so many people say they agree with no birth plan as they got upset when theirs didn't go to plan, like most!

She added, "I really enjoyed my antenatal class last night and I'm glad I understand the process more but I still think I will go with my gut/mother's instinct when it comes to the day."

Ex TOWIE star Lydia Bright's mum Debbie, came to Lucy's rescue, posting a lengthy and heartfelt message that said, "Empowering women, now what does this mean? It means we all have choices we live in a country where if a woman decides to go back to work after children, then that’s ok. If a woman wants to stay at home that is equally ok."

She continued, "Some women may not have the choice because of financial reasons, but we as women should support her."

"The same stands for how we choose to give birth, there will be some women who read every book in the land, attend classes every week and explore every advantage and disadvantage, then there will be women who choose to have limited information but prepare their minds and bodies themselves. I am appalled at the women who choose to attack."

Lucy and Lydia are besties and just so happen to be pregnant at the same time – goals, so we totally get why Debbie waded in to save the day.

Lydia recently had a baby shower where the guests all wore matching pink pyjamas and enjoyed cupcakes and sweet treats galore.
