She first found fame on Love Island, before giving reality romance another go on Celebs Go Dating. But those days are well and truly behind Olivia Attwood – now, she is all about wedding plans. Yes, she’s fully in the throes of pre-wedded bliss, after footballer boyfriend Bradley Dack proposed in Dubai last year, and is excitedly plotting their 2021 nuptials.
But the 28 year old hasn’t had the easiest year – not since Bradley injured his knee in December, with Liv helping him through his operation and recovery. So, you best believe that the celebrations – which kicked off last month with their glitzy engagement do – couldn’t come soon enough.
Speaking to heat, the TOWIE star chats wedding dresses, hen dos, and why downing a bottle of Jäger is the perfect response to the question, “Are you pregnant?”
Have you gone full-on Bridezilla?
Well, I’ve got a planner, so I’m letting her get on with it. But the other day, I was whingeing that Brad should show more interest, and he said, “Whatever I say is wrong.” I told him that wasn’t true, and then he said he wanted to wear a blue suit. I was just like, “No, you’re not.” Basically, he has to do what he’s told.
Have you thought about the dress?
I’ve got a strong image in my mind, but I’ve been told that the dress you think you want is never what you end up having. I’ve always wanted a tight-fitting dress. I’m not here for the puffy dresses, but then I might try on a Katie Price one and think it’s amazing. Can you imagine?
Is it going to be a big do?
We keep going back and forth. It will be big-ish without being grotesque, but I don’t just want anyone we’ve ever met for five minutes. Big but intimate, if possible. Chic and minimalistic. Think: Chanel advert.

How has your relationship changed since getting engaged?
I guess it feels more grown-up. There was always commitment, but it feels more officially committed. But now everyone’s constantly asking, “When are you going to have a baby?”
And you did Dry January! That must have got people talking…
Yeah. Because I’m such a party girl, even close friends started wondering if I was pregnant. So, I promised them I’d drink a bottle of Jäger at the engagement party. And I did, so there you go.
Speaking of parties, are you going to have five hen dos?
I’m just going to try to do one big one. But with coronavirus, even booking things in the future is difficult. I think I want to do Vegas, because I used to spend a lot of time there when I was single. But I’ll be taking about 30 girls, so I need to be considerate – not everyone’s going to be down with flying to America.

Has Brad got his stag do organised?
Oh God, his best men are organising it. Apparently, it’s “nothing to do with him”, which is so convenient, isn’t it? He loves it – he’s such a lad like that. I don’t even want to think about it, if I’m honest.
You’ve come a long way since Love Island. What did you think about everyone calling [recent islander] Shaughna “the new Liv”?
I mean, it’s just ridiculous, isn’t it? Come on! I’m joking. I liked what I saw of her, but we’re different in a lot of ways. I’d never have put up with Callum’s shit, no way. I would have got rid of him on day two. But she seems like a girl’s girl, so I’m here for her.
