The Pussycat Dolls fans have been sent into meltdown this morning as the international girl band announced they are making a comeback, after ten years away from the stage.
The group, made up of Kimberly Wyatt, Jessica Sutta, Nicole Scherzinger, Ashley Roberts, Carmit Bachar, will return as a five-piece next year in April 2020 to headline their UK tour.
But one person missing from the reunion is Dancing On Ice star Melody Thornton, who has reportedly snubbed the comeback, following reports she wanted the reunion to be an "level playing field."
The suggestion comes after it was well documented that Nicole took the main vocal lead on nearly all of the girl band's hit singles, with music producer producer Ron Fair telling VH1's Behind The Music in 2012, "Melody sang a bit here and there but the records were Nicole, with the exception of an occasional ad lib. They were Nicole."

When rumours of a comeback surfaced a source told The Sun, "Before they took a break in 2009, Nicole had become the lead singer of the group.
"It felt natural at the time but now they're starting planning the tour, some of the girls have demanded Nicole take a back seat.
"In the old days, Nicole became the stand out star...but for the reunion, the women want it to be more of a level playing field."

And Melody hasn't been shy about what she really thought about her time in the band. Back in January this year, she suggested to Lorraine that she wasn't allowed to sing that often.
She said, "They said, 'We're going to have Nicole do all of the recording, you're going to have to learn to dance with the rest of the girls'.
"And for me it really affected my confidence because I wasn't using my best asset [my voice]. And I was the weakest dancer."
However, Ashley Roberts has since rubbished the rumours of a rift with Melody.
Speaking on Good Morning Britain, she said, "Mel's got a lot of projects going on in life.
"She was included in all of this, she's our sister, the door is always open, but it just wasn't the right timing for her right now. We wish her well."
