Myleene Klass’ sensational claims that she caught then-fiancé Graham Quinn ‘unzipping’ a fellow celebrity at her own birthday party before their 2011 wedding may have been shocking, but it’s the rumoured fallout between Myleene, Rochelle Humes and Frankie Bridge that has really set tongues wagging. Now, sources tell heat that TV bosses have taken issue with Rochelle’s apparent involvement after she seemed to take Graham’s side on social media.
‘Rochelle has worried a few senior TV execs by getting caught up in the whole saga,’ says a source close to the 36 year old, who is a regular stand-in host on This Morning. There is a worry that Rochelle is stoking things further with her involvement. Myleene has clearly been indiscreet about some things that she says have taken place, but TV bosses do not want Rochelle to get involved – her whole brand is based around having a wholesome image and she needs to keep it that way. People at the shows she works on don’t need any unnecessary drama, but it feels like it is getting that way.’
Last month, Myleene, 47, alleged on Paul C Brunson’s podcast that she had caught Graham with the other woman, but still went through with the wedding anyway. The couple – who share daughter Ava, 17, and son Hero, 13 – were together for 11 years before they sensationally split just six months after tying the knot. ‘My life literally just broke apart very, very publicly, [while she] managed to continue building a family brand,’ Myleene told Paul.
Following the shock claims, speculation has been rife over the identity of the mystery woman. While there’s no suggestion Rochelle had anything to do with the incident, it’s clear she and Marvin have sided with Graham. She first met Graham back in her pop-star days when he was the bodyguard for The Saturdays, and he also looked after Marvin’s band JLS. Myleene attended Rochelle’s hen do in 2012, but was not at the wedding, where Graham served as an usher. It has since been reported that Rochelle and Marvin gave Graham a place to stay after his marriage ended. More recently, the pair holidayed with him in Ibiza – with Rochelle posting a photo from the trip just days after Myleene’s podcast revelations.
And it’s not the only drama that’s been worrying Rochelle’s bosses. There have also been rumours of a falling out between her and former bandmate Frankie Bridge, 36. The pair allegedly ‘snubbed’ each other when they both attended Wimbledon back in July, with reports claiming they were ‘distant’. Mum-of-two Frankie – who has been married to former footballer Wayne Bridge since 2014 – sent the rumour mill into overdrive with a TikTok video in which she hinted at somebody being ‘dead to me’. After fans questioned if she meant Rochelle, Frankie said, ‘Guys…. This is not a thinly veiled jab at anyone.
Reps for the women have denied a feud and Rochelle has since liked several of Frankie’s Instagram posts.
But it gets yet more complex, as it’s been speculated that Loose Women panellists Frankie and Myleene could also be embroiled in a dispute. As well as an alleged ‘spectacular bust-up’ at a 2013 awards bash, viewers noted that the pair’s only joint appearance on the show was ‘awkward’ with ‘minimal interaction’, though there is no suggestion Frankie is the mystery celebrity linked to Graham.
With everything going on, our source tells us that Rochelle is anxious to avoid being dragged into any more drama.
‘She has been told to not comment on any of the rumours. It’s all getting very messy and Rochelle wishes none of it had been made public, because she feels it’s all a huge misunderstanding,’ we’re told. ‘She is aware of her TV responsibilities and doesn’t like the idea of being seen as a troublemaker – and certainly doesn’t want any scandal at her door.
‘For now, she has been told to just keep calm and carry on, but there is a worry that Myleene could start speaking out again.’
