Stacey Solomon has revealed she has left her house one month after giving birth to new-born son Rex. It comes following the mum-of-three's honest and truthful posts about the struggles of motherhood.
Taking to Instagram, she told her 1.8 million followers that she had finally found the courage to go out on a walk.
Posting a photo of her smiling, holding her son, she captioned the image, 'We did it!!!! Yaaaay! Joe Joe left for a week away working this morning, then the boys went off to their daddy’s for the weekend. So my mummy came over and dragged me out for an evening stroll!'. [sic]
'I’m so glad she did. I love the woods. I forgot how good they smell. That was just the best. Everyone was right, I am now thinking I can’t believe I didn’t do it sooner. But actually I’m so glad that we’ve been able to stay lost in our own world for the last 4 weeks and now I am excited to take Rex on adventures outside of our front room'.
The girlfriend of Joe Swash added, 'Today the woods opposite our house, tomorrow who knows! 💙 Still haven’t managed to wear more than pyjamas though 😂😂'.
Stacey's post follows many images she has shared online of her new son and family life. The Loose Women presenter and former X Factor star has been actively keeping fans updated, documenting her version of motherhood and how she is coping.

'I needed to sleep so badly today but I get sad when I sleep through the day and I wake up and it’s nearly night time! 😂 But it’s OK tomorrow is a new day and ill be ready for it, Probably, Maybe, might actually not be though haha!'.
