Love Island 2019 runners-up Tommy Fury and Molly-Mae Hague found themselves the subject of a prank by YouTubers Josh Pieters and Archie Manners when they were tricked into thinking they were being interviewed via video link by James Corden live on The Late Late Show.
So very, very awkward.
The pranksters posed as producers from James’ show and used clips from his interview with singers Julia Michaels and JP Saxe to fool the Love Island couple. Tommy and Molly-Mae were also told they wouldn’t be able to see the chat show host due to technical issues.
“I don’t know if people know this but you are a couple? You’re dating,” they were asked at the start of the interview, to which a slightly confused Tommy replied, “You can call it dating if you want, yeah. It might be a little bit past that but okay.”
The couple were then asked to explain what they do and how they’re spending lockdown, before revealing they would want Leonardo DiCaprio and Margot Robbie to play them in a film so they could have “a Wolf of Wall Street moment”.

WATCH Molly-Mae Hague reveals her Love Island fashion regrets 🙈😂
This all comes after they were criticised for travelling 170 miles from Molly-Mae’s mum’s house in Hertfordshire to their shared Manchester flat during lockdown.
Molly and Tommy had originally chosen to isolate with her mum and sister in Hitchin but clearly had a change of heart as some fans pointed out that they’d appeared to move back to Manchester.
One wrote on Reddit, “Molly and Tommy have been posting pictures and videos from quarantine at Molly’s parents house, at one point I remember Molly saying 'so glad we chose to isolate here'. Now she has posted on Instagram and she is back in Manchester at her and Tommy’s flat.
"I appreciate this isn’t the worst thing in the world but travelling between homes is deemed non-essential travel and I think it’s a bit silly of her to change location and post showing she has."
