She’s been through plenty of heartbreak, but Vicky Pattison finally seems to have her happily ever after.
The 34 year old recently got engagedto ex-TOWIE star Ercan Ramadan, and now it seems she’s ready to take the next step and start a family. Well, almost. Last week, in an emotional Instagram post, Vicky revealed to her followers that she has started the process of having her eggs frozen, with the hope of having a family with Ercan in the future.
“I’m finally in a place where my heart wants to have children,” the Geordie TV star wrote. “My head knows it’s not necessarily the right moment for us and unfortunately, my body doesn’t have the luxury of loads of time... F--king Mother Nature, eh?”
Posting a series of pictures from the London Women’s Clinic, Vicky explained that she’d been wanting to start the process for a long time, but that she was “scared” to accept it would mean she wasn’t going to have children anytime soon.
Vicky – who has been dating Ercan since 2019 – recently told heat that, with her busy work schedule along with looking after the couple’s rambunctious Labrador, Milo, there was “really no space for children right now”.
The former I’m A Celeb winner may once have been known for her partying ways, but she told followers, “The late nights and bar hopping [don’t] do it for me any more,” adding that, “I met someone I love, who makes me feel safe and secure, and who I know will be a good dad”.
Vicky’s celeb pals were thrilled for her after her moving announcement, with Love Islander Shaughna Phillips writing, “Can’t tell you how nice it is to know it’s normal to feel like this,” and Frankie Essex commenting, “Omg, I’m an emotional wreck reading this, babe. I wish you all the luck in the world. You and Ercan will make the best mummy and daddy.”
