Vicky Pattison has taken to Instagram to reveal that she is checking into retreat after a ‘physically and mentally’ draining split from ex-fiancé John Noble.
Sharing a quote that said “she is strong but she is tired”, Vicky wrote: "I'm completely done both physically and mentally. I've put my all into keeping going these last few weeks and now I need to accept that I need to go somewhere that is good for my soul and rest.
"As they say @juicemasterretreats 'Sometimes the only way to move forward is to retreat.' So off I go for some down time and self care.
"Sending you all loads of love and thanks for all your continued kindness."

Vicky was left ‘heartbroken’ when pictures emerged of John cosying up a mystery blonde while on holiday in Dubai without her, only days before her 31st birthday. He was then alleged to have kissed another woman on a night out.
“He was in a club and he was acting like he was single,” a source told The Sun at the time.
“They were dancing together then he invited her to sit at his private table. They sat together for ages and he was taking a ring off his hand and putting it on her finger. They ended up kissing at the table.”
It’s since been revealed that Vicky and John were filming a TV show about their wedding at the time his behaviour was exposed.
Vicky has been getting on with what she’s dubbed her 'brave face tour' since the news broke, appearing on This Morning to discuss I’m a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!, as well as promoting McDonald’s #ReindeerReady campaign and speaking alongside best friend Ferne McCann at a body positivity event.
