After weeks of speculation about their relationship status, Sam Thompson and Zara McDermott finally confirmed they’re back together earlier this week when she shared a snap of them celebrating her 24th birthday.
The former Love Island star has now unveiled a secret tattoo tribute to her boyfriend and revealed its sweet hidden meaning.
Zara shared a photo of the small inking of a moon and star on her ankle with her 1.4 million followers and opened about the inspiration for the tattoo.
She wrote, “I got this little tat a while back. I got it for Sam.
“I love you more than the moons and the stars.”

Spencer Matthews and Caggie Dunlop
The OG tragic split, even featuring an IRL (well, scripted reality) leaving at the airport scene. Spencer and Caggie weren't officially a couple, with Spencer dating model Funda Önal, but the chemistry between them was undeniable and for a long time Spenny thought of her as the love of his life. Eventually, feeling played by Spencer stringing her along while refusing to dump Funda (we don't blame her, tbh) Caggie left to pursue a "music career" in New York, and Spencer, realising the error of his ways, rushed to catch her at the airport to win her back. He missed her. Talk about dramatic.
Meanwhile, Sam has shared a loved-up snap of him and Zara for the first time since they reunited after he forgave her for cheating on him with The X Factor: Celebrity music mogul Brahim Fouradi.
Alongside the photo, which shows Zara cuddling up to Sam as he beams into the camera, the Harry Potter fanatic wrote, “I love you, and when I’m with you I feel like I’m on a Nimbus 2000...that’s all I need to know 🙂❤️.”
Although the Made in Chelsea star turned off comments on the post, it’s racked up 200,000 likes.

Sam recently opened up about his decision to take Zara back following their split in August, admitting it was “easier said than done” but “you can’t move forward unless you forgive”.
“Forgiveness allows you to heal. You can only heal when you forgive the other person and get over that. I would definitely say no matter what you should always try to forgive and you'll feel better in yourself – it's f--king easier said than done but you've got to strive for that.
"The people I care about caring about me will know we're all human. We are all human and you can't grow and evolve and be a better person without making mistakes along the way. For that to be shown on TV, it almost humanises you and makes you more relatable,” he told MailOnline.
