Celebrity Big Brother is always a wild affair, but who would've thought we'd ever be witnessing Love Island's Chris Hughes and pop sensation JoJo Siwa talk about having kids together on ITV? What an effin' beautiful show.

We have to say, we weren't quite sure what to expect when we Love Island 2017 finalist Chris was heading into the Celebrity Big Brother house.

But, credit where credit is due, he's kind of won us over on Celebrity Big Brother (at least for now). His friendship with JoJo is adorable (a reminder to us all to never judge books by their covers - admittedly, we were perplexed by it at first), he's got emotional and raw and he's been there for others.

Plus, he legit pissed in a litter tray on television – you've got to give him credit for serving up those levels of chaos on ITV.

As such, we felt nothing but good vibes towards Chris when we caught up with one of his celeb besties, Jake Quickenden (who else remembers their adorable bromance on Celebrity Antiques Road Trip? Just us? Damn, we need to leave the house from time to time) to talk about how Chris is faring in the CBB house.

We'll be honest, being a mate of Chris', we weren't expecting anything particularly juicy (unlike the juice his ex has been pressing over the last two weeks), but we were intrigued to learn about the 'warning' Jake apparently gave Chris before he stepped foot inside the BB house. And it makes a LOT of sense...

Jake told heat, 'I gave him a little ring before he went in, and he was a bit nervous. I just told him to be himself, and I think he’s doing just that. Obviously, he’s a bit of a turnip – he’s just a bit silly – but I wouldn’t expect anything else. If you watched him on Love Island, you’d have known that that’s what he’s like.'

He then revealed his warning, adding, 'I just said to him, go in there, make sure you don’t get cancelled, and be yourself. He’s got such a good heart. He’s very family orientated, so I can imagine he’ll start missing his family soon. But he’s a lovely kid.'

And Jake isn't the only one of Chris' famous bros to share their thoughts on his CBB antics with heat. His Love Island pal, Frankie Foster (although Frankie was in the villa a year after the CBB star, the pair have since struck up a friendship) recently told heat, 'With Chris, what you see is what you get. He's pretty honest. He's a straight shooter. He just kind of says how it is, which some people would question.

'They've always said, “Is it an act with Chris? Is he playing up to the cameras?” He’s not, he just genuinely is like that. He would definitely stick up for people if he’s got an opinion, he's not shy.’

BUT, FYI, Christopher...if this all turns out to be an act (and the friendship with JoJo isn't 'real'), we will bring the heat. Not really, we just thought that was funny 'cause we're heat.
