Can you believe that Love Island’s second season was aired almost six years ago? The 2016 seriesis one of the greats (definitely in our top three) and gave us the delights of Nathan and Cara Massey (who are now married and parents of two little ones), Olivia and Alex Bowen (who are now married and expecting a baby) and the sobering moment when Zara Hollandwas stripped of her Miss Great Britain title.
A...less standout...star of Love Island 2k16 was Adam Maxted, who was most renowned for his spats with love interests Katie Salmon and Liana Isadora Van Riel.
Fast forward six years and Adam is still as HENCH as ever, but he’s now a silver fox. Yep, really.
Taking to Instagram, (he has multiple, but we’ll get to that later), Adam showed off his new expensive hairstyle – [a very on trend silver hue {href='https://heatworld.com/shopping/beauty/best-silver-shampoo/' target='_blank' rel='noopener noreferrer'}expensive, geddit?).
Alongside multiple bodybuilding snaps, Adam, who has turned comments off on his Instagram, flexed his muscles whilst showing off his new ‘do.
He wrote alongside one, “Lacing the boots back up this week. Time to get back at it!”
Adam is now a professional wrestler and has a huge focus on fitness and bodybuilding – just like 2017 alumni Harley Judge.

What is Adam Maxted doing now?
Adam is a professional wrestler.
In 2021, Adam revealed that he missed out on a WWE deal because of his alleged past job as a a 'builder in the buff' (not a stripper).
Speaking to The Sun, a representative from WWE asked Adam about the nickname given to him (he was called 'the Belfast stripper' after his appearance on Love Island) to which he said, "I pleaded my case for about 30 minutes on the phone.
"WWE was always the goal for me.
"Why would I want to jeopardise myself and my career by doing something silly like that when I know you can’t be naked? There can’t be footage of you out there, do you know what I mean? I am not silly.
"Even when I went on Love Island, I portrayed myself in a certain way as I was always worried about the cameras, how I was coming across, because WWE was always the goal."
Does Adam Maxted have Instagram?
