When we saw the list of Love Island contestants that would be returning to the villa for All Stars it didn't go unnoticed that a former couple will be reunited.
Gabby Allen and Marcel Somerville met on the dating show back in 2017 – the series that made a star out of Olivia Attwood and an icon out of Chris Hughes.
Marcel and Gabby made it all the way to the final and left the romance reality TV show as a couple, they even dated for a year IRL until the news broke that Marcel had been unfaithful resulting in the couple's break up.
We caught up with Gabby before she disappeared into the South African villa for a few weeks and she spilled the tea on the possible reunion between her and Marcel.
We say 'possible' as although we know for sure that the former Blazin' Squad member is part of the line up, Gabby has NO IDEA who she will be coming face-to-face with on All Stars.
'Obviously, there's the elephant in the room that my ex possibly could be going in, but we haven't seen each other for six years,' she admitted to heat.
'It's been such a long time, like, there's no hard feelings. It is what it is.'
A very mature outlook from Gabby as we shan't write out how we would feel if we had to spend a holiday with the fella that cheated on us and broke our heart.
'I feel like I haven't seen him for six years, so I don't know how I'm going to feel when I actually see him,' she went on.
Gabby also revealed whether or not there was the potential of the romance being rekindled between her and Marcel...
'But, I think it would be...it was a big, betrayal of trust. Even though I’m over it now, but it was something that was quite a big thing that happened.'
'I don't know if I could really ever look at somebody the same way after somebody did that to you. It was quite savage.'
