Apparently Olivia's wedding was meant to be a lot more ‘tacky and selfish’ than her big day eventually was

Olivia Attwood: ‘How Bradley Dack ruined my dream wedding’

It was Olivia Attwood’s brutal honesty that led us to fall in love with her on Love Island way back in 2017, and now it’s the reason we keep tuning into her podcast So Wrong It’s Right week after week.

And we especially love it when she opens up about her relationship with now-husband Bradley Dack. Honestly, that woman doesn’t hold back.

Previously Olivia shared the story of how the pair ended up back together following her stints on both Love Island 2017 and Celebs Go Dating and the drama surrounding the fact that Bradley was actually seeing another girl at the same time that he was seeing Olivia.

We told you Olivia isn’t afraid to get into the nitty gritty.

In fact, in the latest episode of So Wrong It’s Right – a solo episode which delved into wedding dilemmas - Olivia Attwood kicked things off by admitting that Bradley had vetoed her plan to get married in Las Vegas.

She shared, ‘That was my dream [to get married in Vegas]. Which Brad ruined. He said it was tacky and selfish because, you know, like our grandparents and stuff.

'I was like, f**k em... I'm joking!’

Later in the episode, Olivia also opened up about the logistics of planning her big day, including the age-old dilemma of guest lists – which apparently caused quite a bit of drama between her and Bradley.

‘One of the things that became a bone of contention in our house was the bride and groom parties,’ she joked.

‘I had this thing where I was like, “We have to have even numbers because visually, it's going to send me under if they're not balanced in a photo", and it just got really difficult because obviously, he's wants to have some guy that he hasn't seen since he was five as the best man!

‘So his groom's party was growing and I was trying to balance them out and then you just get into logistics. I just got really stressed over it. To the point where I saw a girl who didn't have bridesmaids. And I was like, “B***h, I'm sold.” I think my friends are actually low-key relieved because imagine being a bridesmaid for me, do you know what I mean?’

She continued, ‘I got around it because we did two Maids of Honour and two Best Men. So I had my sister and my childhood best friend and he had his two best friends. So it was the four of us, but people don’t question that because those people are the oldest friends to us.’

Luckily the pair were able to navigate the stressful situation, that is planning a wedding, and eventually tied the knot in a beautiful ceremony in June 2023.
