Author and motivational speaker, Sophie Lee, was sent packing at the end of last night's episode after Shakira Khan decided to couple up with Harry Cooksley, who Sophie was matched with.
To be fair to Shakira, she did have to pick one of the lads after American girlie, Toni Laites, strutted in on the first night and pinched Ben Holrbough away from her.
Now that Soph is out of the villa – and joins the likes of Sam Taylor and Shannon Singh as one of those poor Islanders who experienced the briefest villa stints – she has opened about her short and not-particularly-sweet time on the dating show.
Naturally, she spoke about Harry who she decided to couple up with after reading his dating profile on day one. It was something new the bosses tried and we still can't decide whether it was the best idea or the worst idea.
‘I was looking for that initial ‘oompf’, but he was very nonchalant,' she admitted.
'I got to speak to him and he explained that he was trying not to be the ‘jack the lad’ energy. I don’t know if I was expecting more energy or more confidence. It was very subtle.'
We were all expecting more energy Sophie, don't worry.
‘He said he’s tried that route and gets labelled an f*** boy,' she went on, 'so came in with a different approach.’
That's all well and good, Harry, but we all saw the initial chat between him and Sophie, right?
When Sophie declared herself an author, he responded with, ‘I like to read,' like Harry, PLEASE give her something to work with.

Chatting more about why she chose the semi-pro footballer in the first place, Sophie admitted it was all about her future plans.
'His heart-shaped board said he was "either a wildcard or marriage" and marriage is what I aspire to have,' Sophie explained about her reasoning for choosing Harry, 'I want a family and children.'
