Just when we think the Married At First Sight drama can’t get any more explosive, they somehow manage to top themselves every year.
This year’s MAFS UK has been particularly wild, what with Eve Reid and Charlie Curtis quitting the show, Caspar Todd and Emma Barnes struggling to get their relationship off the ground and Nathan Campbell making Lacey Martin’s mum cry.
Another bride who’s had her fair share of drama is Richelle Cade, who previously made a U-turn on her decision to quit the show following her honeymoon with Orson Nurse.
Richelle and Orson haven't exactly got on as she was, ahem, less than sympathetic when he opened up about being cheated on in the past.
However, Richelle recently took to social media to claim that the storyline was ‘fabricated’. After being criticised for the way she speaks to her on-screen husband, Richelle hit back, ‘I can't show compassion for stories/events that have been fabricated for a storyline I wasn't privy to.
‘Sorry but I can’t extend compassion to someone who's proven by this time to be acting a “vulnerable role”.'
Richelle also seemingly leaked a huge spoiler, claiming that Orson ‘tries to recouple’ with one of their co-stars.
She added, ‘People will see the truth. It’s a waiting game. They want me to lap it all up like a gullible fool so they can come in the comments and “there there” me when it becomes abundantly clear what his intentions are. They aren’t even trying to turn their attention to him.
Apparently producers are now ‘raging’ with Richelle after she spilled the tea on upcoming scenes and have even gone as far to turn the comments off on their Instagram posts to avoid fans discussing the drama.
A source told The Sun, ‘Bosses are raging at one bride after she leaked a major plot spoiler before it aired while chatting to fans on social media. MAFS have now blocked comments on their official Instagram in a bid to plug the leak.
‘They’ve also had words with Richelle and she’s been forced to restrict comments on her posts too. But the leak is all over TikTok now which is a shame as it ruins it for the real fans.’
To quote the iconic Pam Shipman, it’s all the drama, Mick, I just love it.
