This year's series of Married At First Sight Australia didn't disappoint when it came to creating the chaos, however, sadly the same cannot be said for creating successful couples.

The show came to an end this week with just two of the duos hoping to make a go of things in the real world. Who would have thought Jack Dunkley and Tori Adams would really outlive them all?

One couple who definitely did NOT work out is Tim Calwell and Sara Mesa.

Although they started off on good terms, with them obsessing over the fact they could both speak Spanish during their vowels, it was far from smooth-sailing for the couple.

It well and truly hit the fan when Sara was accused of messaging her ex by fellow bride, Eden Harper, during one of the always wild dinner parties. Sara and Tim were able to move past the indiscretion and made it to the end of the show happy as Larry but fast forward to now and not have they only split but Tim has moved on.

At the moment, Tim has not been able to post any pics of him and his new bae, what with the whole MAFS story still playing out globally, but his girlfriend, Barbara, has been happily posting cute pics left, right and centre of her new fella.

According to the Daily Mail, Tim and Barbara met in February and have been dating ever since, obviously for the British fans of MAFS we were under the impression that Sara and Tim were still together, but of course, this was aired months ago down under.

Tim chatted to Daily Mail Australia, where he flat out denied that there was any crossover between his relationship with Sara and his new romance with Barbara.

"No I wasn't seeing anyone through the experiment. I was literally locked in, dialled in, trying to make our relationship work," the business owner revealed.

The reunion episode hit our telly screens this week and, naturally, it caused absolute carnage with fans going wild for it on X, claiming it was "uncomfortable," "hilarious," and "juicy."
