They're the girls behind Pure Shores (you know the banger that became famous because of Leo DiCaprio in The Beach?) and Never Ever, and, if you ask us, they're 90s icons.

The English-Canadian girl group was comprised of Nicole Appleton, Natalia Appleton, Melanie Blatt and Shaznay Lewis, and it reached its peak in the late 90s-2000s.

But what you probably didn't know is that the band actually released albums in 2016, 2018 and, in 2020 they released an EP with the one and only STING.

Say whaaat?

Yep, the girls are technically still together - even if they did disband a couple times - and they're even going on tour this year.

So, since they fell off the radar in the early 2000s, what have the girls been up to? Let's find out because, well, who doesn't love a Y2K throwback?

Nicole is the younger of the two Appleton sisters, but the pair actually have two older sisters, too - Lori and Lee. Nicole and Natalie were the final members to join All Saints after Melanie and Shaznay had already formed a duo.

Now 46, Nicole has two children, Gene Gallagher, the child she shares with Oasis' Liam Gallagher (with whom she was married from 2008 to 2014) and Skipper Haines, the one year old she shares with her current boyfriend, Stephen Haines.

She's still friends with fellow 90s pop icon, Emma Bunton, and Holly Willoughby, too. These days, she's enjoying life as a mum with her kids, partner and sausage dog, Bridget.

Natalie is the older of the All Saints Appleton sisters by one year and, after the band split up in the noughties (before reuniting years down the line), the Canadian pair went on to form their own duo, aptly titled, Appleton.

Now, she and Liam are enjoying home life in Hampstead, where they live with their two Chihuahua pups.

Melanie, who was born in good old Blighty - unlike her Canadian counterparts - went on to pursue a solo career after All Saints disbanded the first time. But, she was then dropped by her record label, only to rejoin the band when it eventually reformed in 2006.

Despite taking a whack at a solo career, when the opportunity presented itself for the OG band to reform and support the Backstreet Boys, Mel joined Nicole, Natalie and Shaznay on the UK and Ireland tour.
