It seems that nearly every day the Little Mix girls are teasing their fans with news of their upcoming album, which has been dubbed 'LM5', however, if the latest rumours turn out to be true, Perrie Edwards, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Jesy Nelson and Jade Thirlwall, could be working with a major rap artist on a 'secret song'.
According to CelebsNow, a source told the website, "Little Mix and Nicki Minaj are filming a music video together this Thursday and Friday. It’s such an exciting collaboration – literally two of the biggest names in female music coming together, and the song is sure to be a hit!"
Whilst nothing has been confirmed yet, Little Mix have previously supported Nicki Minaj's album 'Queen' taking to Twitter to say, 'All hail QUEEN @NICKIMINAJ 👑 This album has been on repeat all week! https://nickiminaj.lnk.to/Queen-CLEAN X the girls'.
And, if you can think back to before Little Mix were VERY famous, they actually sang one of Nicki Minaj's hits, 'Superbass' on The X Factor in 2011. At the time, the girls were called Rhythmix, see here why Little Mix changed their name.
Watch their performance on The X Factor below:
Each member of Little Mix entered The X Factor as a solo artist, however they were eliminated at the Boot Camp stage, but brought back, along with other contestants to form groups. Jesy and Perrie formed Faux Pas, and Jade and Leigh-Anne made up two-thirds of a group called Orion. However, both groups were eliminated, but then Little Mix (known as Rhythmix) was formed by the judges. The rest is history.
