Despite all of the One Direction boys smashing the charts with their solo hits, Liam Payne, Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson and Niall Horan have always kept hope that one day there WILL be a 1D reunion!
HOWEVER, in news which has completely ruined our Tuesday, former member Zayn Malik has CRUSHED hopes of a full One Direction reunion by admitting he no longer speaks to any of the other boys. 😢😢😢
In a recent interview with British Vogue, Zayn, who went solo in 2015, admitted 'snide things' were said after he left the band.
He told the publication, "I ain't spoke to any of them for a long time, to be honest with you. That's just the way it is. There's things that happen and things that were said after I left. Snide things. Small things that I would never have expected.
'We went from theatres, to arenas, to stadiums - there was never any sort of bridge between. Just boom, boom, boom. I guess that kind of progression to any mind - but especially when you're 17, 18 - it kind of affects you a little bit. People take it different ways - especially when there are five different personalities. The relationships had broken apart.
"That's just the way it is. People move on, people grow apart, people grow up."

It comes just weeks after Liam Payne was asked what he'd buy Zayn for Christmas at a recent event with James Corden. As Liam easily discussed present ideas for the other One Direction boys, he seemed to stutter when James asked him about Zayn.
He told James, "I wouldn't know these days, what would we get Zayn?!"
Despite all five members of One Direction auditioning for The X Factor as solo artists, Zayn, Harry, Liam, Louis and Niall were put into a group by Simon Cowell, and the rest is history.
However, after more or less conquering the world, the boys made the decision to start a hiatus one year after Zayn left, with all four members going on to release solo material.
Harry Styles dropped his self-titled album which featured hits such as 'Sign Of The Times' and 'Kiwi', Liam Payne released the tracks 'Strip That Down', 'Get Low' and 'For You', with Niall Horan's album 'Flicker' also including some massive hits.
Meanwhile, as well as dropping solo material of his own, Louis Tomlinson landed a job on The X Factor as a judge alongside Simon Cowell, Robbie Williams and Ayda Williams.
In other news, Zayn, who rekindled his romance with Gigi Hadid earlier this year, debuted a MASSIVE tattoo on his head. Sharing a snap of his new mandala style inking on Instagram, no caption was needed.
So, after Zayn's stern words about his former band mates, we hope one day One Direction can reunite as a five-piece!
