If you're feeling hot Hot HOT, and not in the good way, trot down to your local Black Sheep Coffee shop. They've just launched a smoothie range that's packed full of fruit and contains no syrups, fillers, or other nonsense. We've tried the mango and greens smoothie and you could hardly taste the greens at all. This is a good thing. Find your nearest Black Sheep Coffee.

New non-alcoholic cocktails at The Alchemist

Throughout July

Locations throughout the UK
From £9

If you're doing Dry July, or are a sober punk year-round, the new low and no cocktail menu at The Alchemist is sure to delight. The sober drinks are presented with as much flair as their boozy cousins and there's not a sugary Shirley Temple in sight, thank goodness. If you get peckish, we thoroughly recommend the miso mushrooms, they're - honestly - one of the best things we've tasted all month. Find your nearest Alchemist bar.
