If you’ve watched Geordie Shore recently, you’ll know that the latest seasons are a far cry from the drunken chaos of the show’s early days.

Back in the day, the Geordies were all about bonking, bust-ups and, erm, post-night out kebabs, but the cast live very different lives now they’re parents and business owners. You’re more likely to find them in the gym or reading their kids a bedtime story than downing shots at Tup Tup Palace.

However, if you want some of the OG drama back in your lives then you’re in luck as there’s a new bunch of radgies in town and according to Charlotte Crosby, they’re wilder than ever.

Just like Geordie Shore followed in the footsteps of Jersey Shore, there’s a new spin-off called Aussie Shore, the first Australian iteration of the international Shores franchise, and it really gives the original shows a run for their money when it comes to partying.

In fact, the shenanigans of the Aussie cast even shocked Charlotte – who is the house boss - and we’re talking about a woman who’s been involved in some of the messiest Geordie Shore moments.

‘Honestly, this is no word of a lie, if you were to watch Aussie Shore and then you were to watch Geordie Shore, watching Geordie Shore would be like watching paint dry,” Charlotte joked.

‘These guys have took it up not just one notch, like 1,500,075 notches have been taken up. It is crazy.’

Although the Geordie have long been known for their wild partying, Charlotte admitted that the Aussies take it even further.

She exclusively told heatworld, ‘Listen, I’ve been going to Australia for years right, and I know how wild it gets. They get wild, they get crazy. Looking back, because I’ve been going there, we filmed a whole series of Geordie Shore there for six weeks, I don’t know why I was so surprised when filming because I know how wild they get.

‘But I’m honestly going to say that the Aussies are wilder than the Geordies. We are tame in comparison.’

Aussie Shore premieres on Paramount+ on Thursday 3 October.
