Announcements for next year's Dancing On Ice are coming in thick and fast at the moment. Just earlier today we revealed that Pussycat Doll singer Melody Thornton would be taking to the rink, and NOW a Coronation Street legend has been announced as the latest celebrity.
Jane Danson, who has played Leanne Battersby on the popular soap for many years, revealed on Loose Women today (4th October) that she will be taking part in the series, and has known since July! Speaking to the panel she also revealed that she is seeing it as challenge for herself, as she will be 40-years-old next month.
However, Jane revealed she has been getting tips from some of the cast who have taken part before, including last year's contestant, Coronation Street's Brook Vincent, who took part and got all the way through to the final three!
