Former Pussycat Doll Melody Thornton has become the latest Dancing On Ice contestant to get injured after a horrific fall in rehearsals left her with a bruised and swollen jaw.
Melody, who is partnered with professional skater Alex Demetriou on the show, showed off her injury on her Instagram story and revealed that the fall left her unable to use her arms.
"Just at the studio. Here's my chin, it's swollen - there's some bruising but I can cover it with make-up today,” she told her followers.
Sharing photos of her chin, which looked VERY painful, she added: "I can't hardly use my arms... which is great because who needs arms when you're ice skating!"
Despite her injury, Melody vowed to soldier on.
She said: "I'm just working on staying positive and gotta find a way to get through this performance on Sunday.
"If I look good, I don't feel good - just so you know."

Jake Quickenden, 2018
The X Factor and I'm A Celeb! runner-up Jake Quickenden finally won a reality show when he took part in Dancing On Ice in 2018 with his professional partner Vanessa Bauer, beating Coronation Street's Brooke Vincent - and she was NOT happy.
James Jordan, 2019
James Jordan and Alexandra Schauman won 2019's trophy despite some fierce competition from Love Island's Wes Nelson and his partner, last year's winning professional Vanessa Bauer.Judges called their rendition of the famous Bolero "the best the show had ever seen" despite the first dance of the final failing to top the leader board. Early on in the 2019 competition, James was criticized for having an unfair advantage over the other contestants because of his extensive dancing experience.
Joe Swash, 2020
Joe Swash and Alex Murphy took home the 2020 trophy, despite Diversity's Peri Kiely being the bookies favourite since the beginning of the competition. However, it wasn't all plain sailing for Joe throughout the competition. Not only did he find himself at the bottom of the leaderboard in week three and have an ear infection, he also had to swap professional dance partners after Alexandra Schauman fell and injured herself during rehearsals, forcing her to drop out of the show.
Poor Melody isn’t the only Dancing On Ice contestant dealing with injuries this week. Firstly there was THAT Gemma Collins fall during the live show, which left her nursing a knee injury, and then Wes Nelson revealed he was suffering after a ‘really bad fall’ in training.
Love Island star Wes, who split from girlfriend Megan Barton-Hanson last week, shared his knee injury with fans on Instagram after falling while practicing the dangerous yet iconic Headbanger move.
Thankfully Wes was only practicing the move with a weight and not partner Vanessa Bauer and reports have suggested that the pair will still perform in this weekend’s show.
Dancing On Ice continues every Sunday night at 6pm.
