Now that the audition stages of this year's The X Factor are OVER, the competition is about to seriously heat up, with the savage Six Chair Challenge taking place this weekend. And now that it has been confirmed which categories each judge will look after, One Direction fans are CONVINCED that Liam Payne will be joining his pal Louis Tomlinson at the Judges' Houses.
Despite Niall Horan more or less confirming he was set to join Louis a few months back, Liam has been dropping some MAJOR hints that it is in fact him that could be appearing as the guest judge. After Liam posted a snap of himself chilling at an airport, fans were quick to speculate that he could be flying out to Ibiza, where Louis' Judges' Houses filming is reportedly taking place.
These reports were then fueled EVEN further when a fan of Liam bumped into him at Ibiza airport, with the 'Strip That Down' singer happily posing for a selfie. The fan wrote on his account, 'Off to Ibiza with my mate @liampayne #onedirection #liampayne #holidays #vacation #mode #eivissa #tbt #partynonstop #directioners'. [sic]
One Direction fans went into complete meltdown at the news, with many commenting on the photo. One user wrote, 'Omg is he going to be louis' guest judge?!?? 😍😍😍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️', with another adding, 'IT'S HAPPENING'.
A third excited fan then added, 'Yess Liam and Louis reunion on X Factor!'.

It comes after Niall Horan teased fans earlier this year about the prospect of helping Louis out.
When asked, "Would you like to join/visit Louis on The X Factor?" Niall eagerly replied, "Of course. Can’t wait to go down and see him in action," leading many to think that this was definitive proof that Niall would be joining the show in this capacity.
HOWEVER, now it looks like Liam is in the running, could we see BOTH boys at Louis' house?!
Meanwhile, in other X Factor news, judges Louis and former Take That singer Robbie Williams have cemented their new friendship by getting matching tattoos. But not only that - they've actually inked them onto each other themselves!
After finding fame on The X Factor in 2010, fans loved the band, with One Direction's songs making millions across the globe. When Zayn Malik left the group in 2015 to pursue a solo career, Harry, Louis, Liam and Niall went on to release even more singles, before starting their hiatus in 2016.

Harry Styles recently put his fame and fortune to good use by donating a MASSIVE amount of money to charity, and Niall Horan helped a fan come out to his parents.
Meanwhile, poor Louis broke down in tears on last week's episode of The X Factor when an emotional audition reminded him of his late mum Johannah Deakin.
