If you’ve ever watched Love is Blind UK and wondered whether the marriages are the real deal, the answer is yes – the participants who say ‘I do’ all get legally wed. This, of course, means that if things go sour after the big day then they have to get a divorce once the show airs.
And, if you’ve seen series two, you’ll know that only one of the three couples who tied the know are still together, which means that Netflix are probably have to fork out a hefty sum for a divorce lawyer for the cast.
Sarover Aujla is one of brides who will be getting divorced after it came to light during the reunion that Kal Pasha had ended things with her back in January and, in a new interview, she’s revealed what the divorce process after the show is like.

Speaking on the Spill with Will podcast, Sarover explained, ‘It’s a real wedding and I feel like that baffles a lot of people.’
Revealing that she’ll ‘eventually’ be going through the divorce process, she continued, ‘I hope [it’s] not [long]. The goal is, by 2026, I walk in as a strong, independent girl ready to find the one and not still tied to my past.
‘We went into this with good intentions, I believe I definitely did. I can’t see him making anything difficult later on, so I just hope we file it’s “I wish you well, wish you well”, done, that’s it.’

Sarover added, ‘There’s nothing to go for, there was no kids involved, we didn’t move in together, there’s no mortgage, nothing like that at all, so hopefully comes with kindness and he comes with compassion and we just move on.
The medical company owner turned reality star also opened up about the breakdown of her relationship with Kal, admitted that she was ‘blindsided’ when he ended things.

She said, 'He even said it to me whilst he was talking, like, “This will be coming across cold to you,’ and within a few minutes, he just told me, it’s over, it’s the best decision for both of us, I will eventually understand and we’re very different people and there’s no spark and I’m more affectionate and emotional and that was it.
‘I was in shock, because I thought, ‘Where did this come from?’. It honestly was [out of nowhere].’
