If there's one thing you need to know about heatworld it's that we ADORE Love Island.
We can't get enough of it. In fact, if we could watch a livestream of the villa we absolutely would.
Honestly, in most of our meetings it's all we chat about and when we're in the office, if we're not interviewing the Islanders or chatting about them, then we're writing about the latest bombshell.
The only downside to Love Island is, what the heck are we meant to do on Saturday nights when it's not on TV? We know, we know, Unseen Bits is on TV but it's not the same.

And if you've ever wondered why we don't see any drama on a Saturday night, then Love Island 2017 winner Kem Cetinay may have revealed the reason why.
Speaking on This Morning, Kem revealed the Islanders actually get a DAY OFF from filming, where they can leave the villa so the cleaners can go in.
Kem explained, 'They give you one day off. You get one day off per week. What happens is, it gives them a day to clean the villa, and you take your mics off, and normally we go to the beach.'

As Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield appeared shocked, Kem added, 'So what happens is, when you take your mic off, you are not allowed to talk about anything to do with the show, you have to talk about home life.
'You are being watched by the producers, because they don't want you to talk about what is going on. They are quite careful about what you talk about, because they want to keep it so everyone at home can see it.'
WE ARE SHOOK.

Of course, just like us, Love Island fans were left in shock at Kem's admission with one person tweeting, 'Kem's on This Morning chatting about Love Island and they get a day off on Saturday where they can take their mics off and all go to the beach etc and chill 😶😶how did I not know this 😲😲.'
Another wrote, 'What! The Love Island lot get a day off each week! Saturdays = mics off, head out the villa and all hit the beach together!!! #LoveIsland.'
A third added, 'I’m pretty sure Kem has just ruined Love Island #thismorning.'
However, after Kem's pretty explosive revelation, 2019 stars Amy Hart and Joanna Chimonides told Closer Online the complete opposite. The former air hostess said, 'Saturday isn't a day off. We don't have days off, we have our microphones the whole time. Every day I was in there I was mic'd and filmed.'

Joanna even joked, 'We don't even get Sundays off. Weekends don't exist on Love Island.'
No days off from lounging round a pool and having all your cleaning and cooking done for you? Gosh, we can't imagine how difficult that must be.
Amy even went on to say that the producers are constantly listening to their conversations.

'One day I complained about something and the next thing I got called to the lounge and there was a medic there. I wasn't even that ill, I said "Sorry I didn't mean to call someone."
'You have to be careful what you say.'
