Love Island fans were left shocked last week as the brutal first dumping saw Shannon Singh unexpectedly booted from the villa after just 48 hours - the quickest exit in the show's history.

Despite rumours that Shannon could be returning to the villa for the Casa Amor twist, she still found to the time to give Laura Whitmore all the gossip on Aftersun, including her thoughts on Chloe Burrows picking Aaron Franciswhich ultimately sent her packing.

Reflecting on the tense recoupling moment, Shannon told host Laura Whitmore, “I’m a bit mortified. I didn’t gel with anyone. Chloe’s came in and she’s got a job to do.

“Saying goodbye was really sad even though it’s been two days. It’s so intense that you do gel with people really quick.”

The former glamour model and influencer then explained that although she has no hard feelings against Chloe, she’s not exactly backing her to win the whole thing.

“I actually forgot you got dumped, so I got winded when I saw the text. I have no ill will against Chloe.

“I wish her the best but I’m not rooting for her!”

Laura then pressed her to see if she thought anyone was playing a game in the villa, especially those who haven’t found a connection with any other Islander yet.

“I mean, should I spill the tea. It’s really hard, it was very short lived,” responded Shannon.

“I think some people are playing up to the cameras. I do think Chloe’s playing tactics. But it is a game show so it’s to be expected.”

Speaking about some of the other Islanders, the former glamour model continued, "Libby is the best human ever, Kaz is just energy."

Despite being the first out, returning to Instagram and appearing on Aftersun, Love Island fans still think that the Scottish lass could make a return later in the series, something which it seems she’s up for.

When asked if she’d be up for a comeback, Shannon teased, “Yeah, why not? I want to get back on my streaming and I then go on holiday with the girls. And then I’ll suss out what to do.”
