It's been two years since Michael Brunelli awaited his mystery wife to walk down the aisle on Married at First Sight Australia and, let us tell you, these days he's looking hella different...
Yep, Michael and his on-screen wife Martha Kalifatidis are still happily together (cuties) but, since their reality stint, the 30 year old has undergone quite the transformation.
Gone is the man bun, gone are the brunette curls and, in an effort to improve his health, gone is the six pack, too.

Nowadays, Michael's sporting a buzz cut (which, in recent months, had been a PLATINUM BLONDE buzz cut) and he's been working to increase his body fat percentage in pursuit of better mental and physical health.
Sharing a before and after photo on his Instagram, Michael compared his previous lean physique with his now "softer" figure, writing, "In the photo on the left I was at the leanest I’ve ever been.
"Was I healthy? F--k no. I was severely stressed. I was anxious. And I had no next to no energy."
Speaking about his new physique, he continued, "In the photo on the right I don’t have visible abs. My diet is balanced. And I am healthy... mentally and physically.
"So if you’re not considered ‘skinny’ or ‘lean’ or ‘toned’ it doesn’t instantly mean you’re unhealthy. Health is deeper than your physical appearance. It’s complex AF."
Previously, Michael had been working as a teacher in Melbourne but, since MAFS, he and girlfriend Martha have been working as full-time influencers.
Michael has been using his platform as an "online trainer and health coach" and frequently raises awareness of the dangers of restrictive diets.

Recently, we had a little look through Michael and Martha's Instagram for a sneak peak around their Sydney apartment and, well, we weren't disappointed.
The pair live in a Cuban-style bright PINK building - perfect for all their influencer snaps - and they've got a gorgeous bathroom with a matte black waterfall shower.
Not to mention, the place is decorated with excellent taste throughout with greenery, artwork and lots of soft, neutral shades.
