What a dramatic weekend it was on The X Factor, eh? Not only was the show forced to cancel voting on Saturday due to sound issues, but we said goodbye to Molly Scott and United Vibe as they were kicked out of the competition. Agh, it was emotional.

Despite winning us over with her cover of Britney Spears' bop Toxic Molly lost her place on the show; leaving mentor Simon Cowell blaming HIMSELF. But what does Molly really make of it all? Did Si do her dirty or does the blame lie elsewhere?

Chatting to heat Radio's Emily Segal about her performance, Molly said: "During the whole competition I've done ballads, but since I was younger I've danced since I was five so I've always wanted to be that kind of artist with dancers.

"I just felt so at home when I [did] the performance, but obviously I didn't get the best of comments. No one knocked me for my vocals, but they said about the creative and I just took all their comments on board."

Asked if she thinks mentor Simon Cowell made some poor decisions on her behalf, Molly explained: "I don't think we should blame [Simon] because I wouldn't have been in this position I am today if it wasn't for him.

"It just seems like such a whirlwind, I can't even remember. He was just basically saying how he feels he didn't give me the recognition I deserved and, being sixteen, I just have so much potential. He was saying how sorry he was and I was just saying 'you really don't need to be sorry because getting this far was because of him."
