Remember last year when Netflix released the first series of Love is Blind UK and we were all obsessed? Good times.
One of the relationships that the showed focused on was that of Ollie Sutherland and Demi Brown. They sparked a connection in the pods, but things started to go wrong when they returned to the real world and Demi ultimately decided to not marry Ollie in order to focus on her own self-love journey.
Fast forward to the present day, however, and Ollie is engaged again after finding love with an American reality star while filming another Netflix show.

We’ve previously reported that Ollie is set to appear on the third series of Perfect Match alongside Sabrina Egerton and Freddie Powell and it appears that he really has met his perfect match in Amber Desiree ‘AD’ Smith, who rose to fame on the sixth season of Love is Blind US.
Ollie and AD met while filming Perfect Match last year and they recently appeared on the reunion episode of the latest series of Love is Blind US to discuss their upcoming appearance.
A teaser for the series was then shown, which ended with Ollie asking AD to marry him during a romantic beach proposal.
After getting down on one knee, Ollie said, ‘You’re my best friend. You’re the love of my life. I’ve never felt as happy or as complete as I have since I met you, and nothing would make me happier than to spend the rest of my life loving you.
‘Amber Desiree Smith, will you marry me?’
During the reunion, Ollie also opened up about how their shared experience on Love is Blind helped their relationship.

He explained, ‘Even as early on as when we were on Perfect Match, I noticed that we were having the deeper conversations, the more important conversations, talking about shared values and similar outlooks on life.
‘I think that really laid the groundwork and the foundation for the beautiful relationship we have now, and I definitely attribute a lot of that to our experiences on Love Is Blind.’
Viewers will be able to see the start of Ollie and AD’s love story when the third series of Perfect Match premieres on Netflix this summer.
