We love a bit of self-care and all this time at home has really given us an excuse to look after ourselves inside and out. Each week, we'll be asking the celeb lot to share their Sunday self-care routines, because taking care of yourself is more important than ever.

This week is all about Paige Turley, the Love Island 2020 winner who stole our hearts alongside fellow islander and now long-term boyfriend, Finn Tapp.

Paige is also a hugely talented singer and songwriter who has been quietly busy working on new material since the lockdown restrictions have eased.

She tells heat, "I've been in studios a lot working hard on my music, so hopefully in the new year there will be some new releases." We can barely WAIT.

Paige has also teamed up withAction for Children for their annual Christmas jumper campaign, with the proceeds of each sale going to help children in need.

Paige chats exclusively to heat about her skincare favourites, manifestation and exactly how you can help Action for Children this Christmas...

On self-care

Paige Turley self-care

"Now, I love a self-care day. Throughout lockdown, every day was a self-care day. I like a two-hour bath, which Finn regularly shouts at me for because as soon as the water gets cold, I let the bath out and run myself another one!"

"I also love face masks (Paige loves the Skin Republic Super Hydrating Hyaluronic Acid + Collagen Face Mask, £3.48) and Netflix and cosy pyjamas are my go-to."

On skincare favourites

Paige Turley

"Recently I got some new products fromBotanical Lab. I had never heard of them before, but I got sent some products recently and oh my god, they're so good. I constantly have acne and breakouts, so I always try to use products that contain salicylic acid."

"My favourite has to be the Botanical Lab Turmeric + Salicylic Acid Balancing Gel Face Wash, it's so good."

Does Paige have any more tips for banishing the breakouts?

"Do you know that's actually a really hard one because people say, 'Drink water' and I can drink four litres and I would still get a breakout right on the day before I've got an event and it's quite annoying! But I do I think eating good food, hydration and good sleep is a big one. Alcohol tends to break me out and my skin is never good after a heavy weekend."

"But product-wise, I would always just say anything with salicylic acid in and making sure that I put moisture back in my skin. I like to wear an oil to sleep in at night."

Paige's go-to oil is the ARgENTUM l'etoile infinie Twin Enhancing Face Oil .

On fake tan

"I love the Coco & Eve Sunny Honey Bali Bronzing Foam, I always get lots of compliments whenever I wear it. I'm quite lazy with it, I try and apply every Saturday but sometimes it's just before events and things like that. It definitely takes you up a few numbers on the rating scale, so I should wear it more, but the laziness kicks in!"

Oh, we can relate.

On being blonde

"Being a blonde is really high maintenance and as I get older, the darker my hair gets, so the quicker the roots come in. I use Goldwell products actually. Every time I wash my hair, I use a hair mask for a couple of minutes in the shower and I find that that really really helps. I also try not to use a great deal of heat on it on the days that I'm not out or on a shoot."

"My favourite is the Goldwell Dualsenses Rich Repair, 60Sec Treatment, you literally need to leave it on for 60 seconds and it works wonders. You can actually feel it when you're drying your hair after, the brush just runs through it seamlessly."

On Action for Children

Paige Turley

Action for Children is back with its annual Christmas charity campaign and it has the backing of many famous faces. This year, Paige joins the likes of Larry Lamb. Oliva and Alex Bown and Love Island's Kaz Kamwi to help raise money for a great cause.

"I have a young niece who's two and she's so funny, so chatty and she's surrounded by love and has a million and one toys. It's heartbreaking to think children are out there who are unsafe and hungry. That's why I'm really chuffed to be involved this year."

Paige beams at how great it was to meet the other celebrities this year during the Christmas jumper shoot,

"Last year was one at a time because of COVID, but it was so nice to meet everyone. I met Larry Lamb and was fangirling slightly. It was such a magical day."

This isn't Paige's first rodeo and helped head up the campaign last year, too. "I supported the campaign last year and recorded a Christmas song for my YouTube and removed all the ads, giving any revenue to Action For Children."

On manifestation

Paige Turley and Finn Tapp

"It was actually my old manager at work, who introduced me to manifestation and the Law of Attraction. He actually bought me The Secret before going into the villa. I read that and The Alchemistwhilst I was in lockdown over in South Africa and it just kind of made sense. I'm a total believer in it, it's something that I live by. It also really helped in the pandemic, as well."

"I also go to hot yoga every week, because just having that time to ease and slow down is really good."

On dealing with bad days

"When it feels like one of those days where everything goes wrong, I just try to switch off. I'll have a bath or stick a feel-good movie on. A big thing for me is just putting down my phone and going, 'You know what, let's restart tomorrow" and hopefully waking up in a better headspace. A lot of my job is on my phone, so I try to put that away and destress."
