We love a bit of self-care and all this time at home has really given us an excuse to look after ourselves inside and out. Each week, we'll be asking the celeb lot to share their Sunday self-care routines, because taking care of yourself is more important than ever.

This week it's all about Tamara Francesconi, the 25-year-old model who's just launched a babein' partywear collection with Misspap. Tamara was best known for dating Gossip Girl's Ed Westwick for two years, but now is a star in her own right after serving us plenty of travel inspo, OOTD's and gleamy beauty tips on the ol' 'gram.

How does Tamara like to pick herself up after a hard day?

"I love to take myself for a long walk, listen to feel-good music or a phone call with my mum. Walking is a great time to reflect."
