She may have found a place in our hearts roughing it in a hammock in the middle of the Australian jungle, but recently Emily Atack has been living her best life in her cosy north London flat.
Reflecting her awesomely bubbly personality, her home is bursting with colour, and she’s created a cool Bohemian vibe featuring clashing patterns and textures in the living room.
We’re especially obsessed with her pink statement French Connection sofa, the pops of greenery dotted around (please tell us some of them are faux, or is she an amazing plant lady?) and that exposed brick fireplace.
The quirky living area has been styled up with hanging trinkets, giving it a nice personal touch, along with a bookshelf full of must-read novels and photos of her family.
Emily might only have a small garden space, but it doesn’t stop this jungle-loving gal from soaking up some sun with a book in hand. Or she can be found on the roof with a glass of wine and a very fabulous chic blanket.
You have to make the most out of the every space when you’re living in a city, right?
While she’s been quarantining on her own, Emily has admitted that she’s had some down moments, but she’s occupied herself by cooking up plenty of delicious treats in her kitchen and of course getting all dressed up for a trip to the supermarket, although she admits, banana bread isn’t on the cards.
“I draw the line at baking banana bread. Banana bread can f**k off,” she’s said.
Our favourite room has to be her bedroom, which has been painted white, creating an airy space and making the most of the light with pink, gold and chic black décor.
She’s added girly essentials like a gorgeous pink fluffy rug, and hanging and standing mirrors for those all-important selfies – oh, and not forgetting, more foliage. How many house plants is too many?

How to reduce your screen time
It's easy to become attached to our phones and devices, especially given our current circumstances but excessive use has been linked to anxiety. There are some simple steps you can take to reduce your screen time.
Stop using devices an hour before bed: Switching off your screen an hour before you go to sleep will help you get a better night's rest. Pick up a book instead.
Invest in an alarm clock: Most of us use our phones as an alarm but one minute you're turning it off and the next you've been scrolling Instagram for half an hour. It's an easy trap to fall into but investing in a traditional alarm clock will keep distractions at bay.
Leave your phone behind: If you're heading outside for your daily exercise, leave your behind and get in tune with your surroundings.
