We don’t know who needs to hear this right now, but you’re doing amazing. It’s OK if you need to switch off for a while. Life is tough sometimes, so it's essential to focus on what is important, aka self-care.

There are plenty of things you can try to help you to relax and switch off, including a social media detox or a nice walk around the park, or even just spending the day in your PJs re-watching your fave Friends episodes.
