With Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz’s wedding set to take place imminently at her family’s £72million Florida estate and a shed load of celebrity guests invited, it seems Victoria Beckham is feeling the pressure.
While the Beckhams aren’t exactly strapped for cash, the Peltz family are billionaires, and we’re told Posh is nervous that one particular person on the guest list might cause a stir in front of Brooklyn’s fancy new in-laws.
“Vic is having a few wobbles over inviting the rest of the Spice Girls to Brooklyn and Nicola’s wedding, as there’s still tension between them regarding their next reunion,” a source close to the 47 year old tells heat.

“She almost wanted to add a caveat to the invites, saying there will be no talk of them reuniting or touring allowed, but she was worried it would just make them all kick off at her. At the end of the day, Vic doesn’t want to fall out with the girls – she loves them all individually. They’re like family, messy rows and all.”
While Mel C, Emma Bunton, Geri Horner and Mel B reunited in 2019 for their Spice World tour, Victoria was a firm no-show at the reunion. However, the singers seem sure that they are going to be able to convince Posh Spice to don her LBD and perform onstage with them again.
In 2020, Mel C spoke about the five of them meeting up when lockdown had eased. She said, “We are probably closer now than we have been in a very long time – and that includes Victoria.” She added, “The whole world knows we don’t always see eye to eye and we have our fallouts, but we are just this huge dysfunctional family.”
And it seems there’s a specific member of that dysfunctional family that the Beckhams are worried about attending their 22-year-old son’s wedding. “David and Victoria are worried about Mel B mouthing off – she can get quite lairy at times, so they’re worried that inviting them all without sorting out their grievances first is a mistake.”

Mel B, 46, is known to be quite the party animal. She once flashed her breasts at Victoria’s younger brother, famously stole toilet roll from Nelson Mandela’s house and seems to say whatever she wants, when she wants. However much fun that can be, it seems David and Victoria are worried what she might do at Brooklyn’s wedding.
“Vic thought planning her own wedding was stressful, but Brooklyn’s is turning into an even bigger headache,” our insider shares. “He has said that he would like for the whole band to be there together – because he knows how iconic they are. It was a huge part of his childhood growing up and he knows all the guests will be impressed to see them together.
“Vic certainly doesn’t want to disappoint him on that front – but at the same time, she’s just hoping them being all together, drinking at a wedding, doesn’t lead to some rowdy arguments.”
