They are one of the cutest couples in showbiz, and now, former Love Island star Chris Hughes has been getting emotional on today's episode of This Morning, speaking about the abuse his Little Mix girlfriend Jesy Nelson has received in the past.
Chris, who has been dating the 'Power' singer since the start of the year, spoke about Jesy's record-breaking documentary Odd One Out, where he broke down in tears as he praised her for being 'strong'.
Speaking to hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield about Jesy's Odd One Out, Chris said, “She rang me, bless her, about 10 minutes after the documentary aired and she was just so overwhelmed and she just broke down on the phone to me. She’s a strong girl now, she’s extremely strong.”
Visibly upset, Chris then added, “I don’t know why, but I get so emotional when I’m speaking about it.”

Little Mix fans across the country were left in tears earlier this year when Jesy released her anti-bullying documentary on BBC, admitting she tried to take her own life when she was younger.
After receiving tons of love by fans, Jesy has since admitted she's now more confident in her own body, with the help from boyfriend Chris and her Little Mix band mates Perrie Edwards, Jade Thirlwall and Leigh-Anne Pinnock.
Meanwhile, Chris is currently touring the UK with Jesy as Little Mix perform their 'LM5 Tour' across the country.
