Love Island legend Chris Hughes has sadly split from his professional golfer girlfriend Annabel Dimmock, it has been confirmed.
The pair began dating last summer and went Instagram official in August 2021 when Annabel posted an adorable snap of her kissing Chris on the cheek. At the time, Chris insisted he’d “never felt this way” before.
However, it was revealed that the pair were no longer an item over the weekend when Annabel’s representatives announced the sad news. They said, “I can confirm they have split and Annabel wishes Chris all the best."
The statement comes after eagle-eyed fans began speculating their relationship was over after noticing Chris and Annabel had stopped posting about each other on social media and had gone on separate holidays.

After the Love Island 2017 star was tagged in a photo of himself and professional golfer Annabel, he told The Sun, "I met her on the golf course, spent a lot of time together and yes, it was lovely. We get on well with each other.
"Obviously, I've met loads of girls over the last however long and you talk to people but I've never got that buzz with anyone, since my last relationship."
"I’ve never had that buzz, so for someone to come along, this one feels different."
