After more than a year together, Dani Dyer and Jarrod Bowen could not be in a better place.
According to insiders, the 2018 Love Island winner, 26, and the West Ham footballer, 25 – who gets the seal of approval from Dani’s West Ham-fanatic dad Danny – have recently bought a home together, and that’s not the only big step they’re taking.
“Dani’s never been happier and they both see an amazing future together,” a source tells heat.
“They’ve recently bought their own place, so the next step is for them to get engaged – then probably a baby. Friends expect Jarrod to pop the question very soon. He could even do it over Christmas, but he will definitely speak to Danny first before he gets down on one knee.”
Dani has not always been lucky in love. Earlier this month, she was spotted meeting up with her ex-boyfriend Sammy Kimmence, as he spent the day with their 22-month-old son Santiago following his release from prison. The former stockbroker served more than a year behind bars after being found guilty in July 2021 of scamming pensioners out of ÂŁ34,000, with Dani breaking up with him when she found out the full extent of his crimes.
But, our source says, TV personality Dani is now focusing on looking forwards instead of backwards, and her loved ones are thrilled that she is building a future with Jarrod.
“Dani’s had a tough time in the past and hasn’t always picked men wisely. But Jarrod is brilliant with Santiago and Dani’s family love him,” we’re told.
“She’s quickly got used to what it’s like to be the partner of a footballer and is not interested in getting involved in the whole WAG life. Friends have never seen her this happy and that’s down in no small part to Jarrod.”
The insider adds, “She would love to get married and take the next step. She would absolutely love to have more kids, too, but would prefer to at least get engaged first before starting a family with him. They’ve got plenty of time to do it all.”
