Geri Hornerand her husband, Christian, travelled by helicopter for their ‘date night’ to Glastonbury Festival on Saturday evening. As far as dates go, it sure beats a takeaway and some Netflix.
Taking a much more glamorous mode of transport than the thousands of other live music fans spending the weekend there, the couple chose to fly to Glasto from their Oxfordshire home. Sharing pics to Instagram, the former Spice Girl and her F1 boss hubby gave fans a glimpse into their loved-up evening.
Posing outside the chopper, Geri wrapped an arm around her husband before the couple later shared themselves smiling and soaking in the atmosphere at Paul McCartney’s highly anticipated headline set.
Before take-off, they took the time to snap some pictures outside the helicopter with their children – Monty, five, Christian’s daughter Olivia, eight, and Geri’s 16-year-old daughter Bluebell.
And if one’s thing for sure, Geri certainly wasn’t camping, proven by the fact she decided to wear an all-white ensemble to a festival. Well… if there’s a helicopter to take you home at the end of the night instead of wading through mud and attempting to negotiate four-day-old portaloos, why not?! We can bet those boots weren’t white by the end of the night.
The Horners weren’t the only celebs who enjoyed a VIP experience at this year’s festival.
Radio 1 DJ Vick Hope joined Glastonbury Festival’s technology partner at the EE Recharge tent, looking funky in a tie-dye co-ord (with a glimpse of what looks to be a giant ring courtesy of Calvin Harris on her finger).
