And last week, Kate Ferdinand got candid again, as she opened up about her post-partum body insecurities.
Taking to Instagram, the new mum shared a photo of herself in her underwear while cradling Cree, and told her followers that she’d “really held off on uploading any pictures with my body in” – putting it down to hormones and “the pressure of Instagram to look a certain way”.
She added that she still had some way to go in being happy with her post-baby body.

Still, the 29-year-old former TOWIE star – who last year launched Ferdinand Fitness YouTube channel with her husband Rio – said that she wasn’t putting pressure on herself to “bounce back”, nor was she giving herself a hard time about not loving her body.
“It’s amazing ifyou love your post-baby body, but it’s also OK and normal if you don’t,” she said. “It doesn’t mean you haven’t loved the process of bringing your child into the world, and it’s OK to want to feel back to the ‘old you’.”
