Katie Price has fumed at music mogul Simon Cowell for not inviting her to appear on The X Factor: Celebrity.

She hit out at Simon in her latest YouTube video and even suggested that he snubbed her from the show because he fancies her.

“Why the f--k did they not have me on Celebrity X Factor? I so wanted to do that, I put it out there so many times,” Katie, who has made several attempts to launch a music career, raged in the video.

The mum-of-five hit out at Simon’s choice of singers and claimed that she was better than most of the acts taking part.

She said: “The singers I saw on there the other day, Jesus Christ. I would have blown them away if I sang, trust me.

“I didn’t think they made a good choice there. I don’t think the others are that great.”

She continued: “They should have had me on it, they would have got more headlines and I can sing.

“Maybe it’s because Simon fancies me, whey!”

Despite slamming most of the show’s acts, Katie did show her support for former TOWIE star Megan McKenna and backed her to go all the way in the competition.

“I am sorry, I normally love X Factor but I have to say that Megan McKenna has to win the show for sure,” she added.

The X Factor: Celebrity continues on ITV tonight (2nd November), with another pair of acts set to be eliminated after tonight’s second live show.

Love Actually actress Olivia Olson was one of the first contestants to receive the axe in the first live show last week and hit out at Simon Cowell, branding her elimination ‘a punch in the gut’.

Olivia, who broke down in tears on stage Simon saved journalist Martin Bashir over her, took to Instagram and wrote: “I knew going into @thexfactor anything could happen & the level of talent was so high this year! I’m grateful for the opportunity as it has completely pushed me out of my comfort zone, reminding myself I love to be up on that stage.

“That being said, yes my elimination came as a shock. I was confused why Simon would tell me I could win this competition and then ultimately send me home. It was a punch in the gut.”
